Terms of Use and Course Purchase

Last updated: 11 August 2026. These terms apply when you use academylubna.com, create a student account, purchase a LOBISEN Academy course, or access protected course materials.

Student account

Course access is personal to the account used for purchase. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity performed through your account. Accounts, login credentials, or protected access links may not be sold, shared, transferred, or made available to another person.

Course purchase and access

A course order is subject to successful payment or another confirmed payment status accepted by LOBISEN. Access is linked to the purchased course and the student account. Any stated access period, schedule, language, included materials, or prerequisites shown on the course page forms part of that course offering.

Protected videos and learning materials

Course videos, lessons, documents, designs, exercises, and other learning materials are provided for the enrolled student’s personal learning use. Copying, redistributing, publicly displaying, reselling, republishing, bypassing access controls, sharing protected video links, or allowing another person to use your account is not permitted unless LOBISEN gives written permission.

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, the course platform, branding, curriculum, recordings, text, graphics, teaching materials, and related content remain the intellectual property of LOBISEN Academy or the relevant rights holder. Purchasing a course grants a limited personal right to access the purchased learning content; it does not transfer ownership of that content.

Prices, currencies and payments

Prices may be displayed in supported currencies for convenience. The currency and total shown at checkout are the values used for the order, subject to the selected payment method and any exchange or card-provider charges outside LOBISEN’s control.

Refunds and cancellations

Refund or cancellation requests are handled according to the refund terms presented with the relevant course or checkout and any mandatory rights provided by applicable law. If you need clarification, contact LOBISEN before purchasing or promptly after an issue occurs.

Course changes and availability

LOBISEN may update lessons, examples, schedules, instructors, or platform features where reasonably necessary to maintain or improve a course. Material changes that substantially affect a paid offering should be communicated where appropriate. Temporary interruptions may occur for maintenance, security, hosting, or circumstances outside reasonable control.

Acceptable use

You must not misuse the website, attempt to gain unauthorized access, interfere with security controls, scrape or copy restricted content, upload malicious code, impersonate another person, or use the service in a way that violates applicable law or the rights of others.

Educational nature

Courses are educational products. Examples, strategies, and creative or business guidance do not constitute a guarantee of a particular income, business result, professional outcome, or certification unless a specific course expressly states otherwise.

Suspension of access

LOBISEN may restrict or suspend access where there is credible evidence of fraud, unauthorized sharing, serious misuse, chargeback abuse, security risk, or another material breach of these terms. Legitimate disputes should be handled through the available support channels.

Applicable rights

Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer or other mandatory law.
